AutoGrid Flex EV helps drive electric car adoption

CALIFORNIA - AutoGrid Introduces AutoGrid Flex EV, Electric Vehicle Generation Grid Services Solution to Help Drive Utility Adoption and Achieve Sustainability

 

According to the company, AutoGrid Flex EV builds on 10 years of pioneering DER and EV experience to enrich utilities and customers with a unique combination of analytics, charging management, grid load optimization, and V2G capabilities. AutoGrid, an industry-leading provider of virtual power plant (VPP) and distributed power resource management solutions (DERMS), today released AutoGrid Flex EV, an artificial intelligence solution designed to make grid operations more reliable and cost-effective. The rubber platform, the solution leverages the company's track record of more than 10 years of experience with electric vehicles and other distributed energy sources (DERs), and uses the largest network of dealers, vendors and car manufacturers.

 

The company announced that with electric vehicle sales projected to exceed 50% of total car sales by 2030 1, utilities are rapidly increasing demand for electricity and are seizing a huge opportunity for flexible capacity.
