In a significant leap toward sustainable energy solutions, Hitachi Energy has unveiled its groundbreaking HyFlex™ Hydrogen Power Generator in Gothenburg, Sweden. The innovative generator, developed in collaboration with technology partner PowerCell Group, provides an emission-free alternative to diesel-powered generators, catering to hard-to-decarbonize applications such as construction sites, remote venues, data centers, and hospitals.

The HyFlex™ solution is an integrated and scalable plug-and-play generator designed for both temporary and permanent installations, addressing scenarios where power grid connections are impractical or diesel generators are not viable. With variants providing 400-600 kVA for temporary setups and 1 MVA or more for permanent installations, the generator is a versatile and eco-friendly power solution. Notably, the generator is completely emission-free, producing only AC power, usable heat, and water.
