Cuxhaven, GERMANY - Chancellor Scholz received a guided tour and met a few of their colleagues.

Siemens Gamesa has announced that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz visited their offshore wind turbine factory in Cuxhaven which represents the largest and only factory of its kind in Germany. Chancellor Scholz received a guided tour and met a few of their colleagues. They were grateful for his encouraging words about the positive impact the wind industry is making across Europe.

According to Siemens Gamesa, they greatly welcomed the German Federal Government's target to reach a renewable share of 80% by 2030.
