VIETNAM - The company successfully supported its customers remotely, through its online service.

Heinrich Georg GmbH Maschinenfabrik has announced that they have installed two eco lines in Vietnam, with the help of their Vietnamese representatives and continuous online support from Heinrich Georg Germany.

According to the company, travel restrictions during the pandemic made it often impossible to visit their customers on-site. This also applied to the installation and commissioning of their machines. However, they are proud to have successfully supported their customers remotely, through their online services.
