H&MV Engineering Acquires Cooke Power Services to Expand U.S. Operations
H&MV Engineering, a global provider of high-voltage electrical engineering services, has acquired Cooke Power Services, a Texas-based specialist in substation construction, testing, and maintenance. The acquisition strengthens H&MV’s U.S. market presence and supports its expansion in the data centre, renewables, and utility sectors.
The integration of Cooke Power Services complements H&MV’s U.S. operations headquartered in Dallas, Texas, allowing the company to better serve clients across the Midwest and Southwest. Cooke Power Services will retain its local leadership and workforce, ensuring continuity for existing clients while gaining access to H&MV’s global engineering resources and project delivery capabilities.
