KONÄŒAR - Generators and Motors has signed two refurbishment contracts with Statkraft, a global leader in renewable energy, for upgrades at the Skeen and Majenfors hydropower plants in Sweden.

The agreements involve the delivery of new stators and re-insulation of poles for existing generators, aimed at enhancing the performance and longevity of both facilities. The projects mark a continuation of a long-standing collaboration between KONÄŒAR and Statkraft, reinforcing KONÄŒAR's position as a key player in the international hydropower sector.

Located in southern Sweden, HPP Skeen and HPP Majenfors contribute to the region's clean energy supply. The refurbishment efforts align with Statkraft's broader strategy to modernize its renewable energy infrastructure and ensure long-term reliability across its hydropower fleet.
