
ABB has successfully completed the acquisition of Födisch Group, a prominent developer of advanced measurement and analytical solutions for the energy and industrial sectors. The announcement of this acquisition was made on August 27, 2024.
Headquartered in Markranstädt, Germany, the Födisch Group operates a 3,000 m² production facility, along with additional sites in the Netherlands and China. In 2023, the company reported approximately €50 million in revenue and employed around 250 people.

The Födisch Group specializes in solutions used in various industries, including power plants, waste incineration facilities, and sectors such as paper, glass, and cement. Their extensive offerings will enhance ABB's portfolio with additional continuous gas analyzers and dust measurement solutions.
