BaxEnergy, a Yokogawa company known for renewable energy software solutions, has been selected by Enlight Renewable Energy to deliver a centralized Asset Performance Management (APM) platform across its 2.5 GW portfolio of solar and wind assets and 1.9 GWh of energy storage.
The collaboration aims to standardize asset monitoring, optimize performance, and support the integration of new assets into Enlight’s growing renewable energy infrastructure. BaxEnergy’s platform, Energy Studio Pro (ESPx), was chosen after an extensive evaluation for its vendor-agnostic architecture and ability to manage cross-technology assets across geographies.
Enlight, which operates projects across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, cited the need for a flexible, scalable platform capable of delivering real-time visibility across multiple OEMs and technologies.
“BaxEnergy will allow us to track performance and behavior in real time—from day one of electricity generation,” said Shai Niezni, Senior Director of Technical Operations and Engineering at Enlight.
The integration will also support Enlight’s expanding battery energy storage systems (BESS), helping the company balance intermittent generation and meet performance requirements of power purchase agreements (PPAs).
Roberto Tundo, Executive Vice President at BaxEnergy, noted the partnership’s alignment on data-driven operations and scalability: “This collaboration reflects a shared belief in flexibility, execution, and long-term value.”
The platform will include API integrations, customizable reporting, and grid-behavior monitoring—key to optimizing Enlight’s operational efficiency and market readiness as it expands globally.
