Croatian power transformer manufacturer Koncar Distributivni i Specijalni Transformatori D&ST (KODT) has unveiled remarkable financial growth in its latest report. According to the company's filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the consolidated EBITDA surged to €39.5 million ($42 million) in the first nine months of this year, a substantial increase from €16.7 million in the same period in 2022.
What's even more impressive is the consolidated EBITDA margin, which saw a substantial rise to 16.1%, compared to 9.1% in the first nine months of the previous year. This indicates a strong financial performance for the company.
The financial success doesn't end there. Koncar D&ST revealed that its consolidated net profit witnessed a remarkable 176% increase year-on-year, reaching €30.4 million. This demonstrates the company's effective financial management and growth strategies.
Operating revenue also experienced significant growth, rising by 34% to reach €244.9 million, while operating costs increased by 23.5% to €208.5 million. This growth is a testament to the company's dedication to excellence in its operations.
Koncar D&ST, which specializes in the development and production of power transformers, is a unit of Croatia's electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar. The company's ordinary shares experienced a notable 5.84% increase, trading at €725 on the Zagreb bourse, making them the biggest daily gainer and the most traded stock. Additionally, preferred shares rose by 5.15% to reach €715. This remarkable financial performance reflects the company's commitment to excellence and growth.
