DuPont has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Diversity Employers 2022 by Equal Opportunity Publications’ Minority Engineer Magazine.
DuPont has been ranked #6 on Minority Engineer Magazine’s Top 50 Diversity Employer List for 2022, the company said in a media release.
Minority Engineer Magazine is a career-guidance and recruitment magazine published by Equal Opportunity Publications and offered at no charge to qualified engineering or computer-science students and professionals who are African American, Hispanic, Native American, and Asian American.
In the annual Reader’s Choice Awards, DuPont has been included in the top 50 companies where diversity, equity and inclusion are integrated in the company culture and hiring practices.

DuPont is working to improve representation from senior executives to early careers. The company builds practices and support systems like the Employee Resource Groups to address the needs of different people and foster inclusion.
