
Forest-Vill Ltd. and Ganz Transformers and Electric Rotating Machines Ltd. are set to modernize Kuwait's electrical infrastructure through their joint venture, GTVF Export Development Ltd. The company signed an agency agreement on January 23 with Kuwaiti Industrial Electrical Projects Company (IEPC Co.) to maintain, upgrade, and replace outdated electrical equipment, including over 50 substations installed since the 1970s.
The partnership aims to provide advanced energy solutions and state-of-the-art technology, supporting the development of Kuwait's energy infrastructure. Under the agreement, Forest-Vill will manage and finance the activities through IEPC Co., which will act as the exclusive local agent.
