CROATIA - Mr. Womack pointed out their strengths and encouraged them to continue with their Lean journey.

Koncar Power Transformers Ltd. has announced that the former research director at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, founder of Lean Enterprise Institute and author of the most important books on Lean management, Mr. James P. Womack, visited their factory.

According to Koncar Power Transformer Ltd., they were selected as the best practice example for Lean implementation in Croatia which is a great acknowledgment for all of them. Since 1998., they had a number of activities, workshops, trainings, and improvement projects. Mr. Womack pointed out their strengths and encouraged them to continue with their Lean journey.
