Hammond Power Solutions (HPS), a global leader in dry-type transformers and power quality solutions, has strengthened its North American logistics capabilities by opening a new distribution center near Dallas-Fort Worth. This addition marks the company’s 12th distribution center across the continent and is aimed at enhancing delivery speeds and service efficiency for U.S. and Canadian customers.
Positioned near the U.S./Mexico border and a major freight hub, the new facility allows HPS to fulfill orders to 90% of its U.S. customers within 24 to 48 hours, ensuring rapid and reliable access to essential products. “The decision to establish this warehouse was driven by its strategic location and benefits to our customers,” said David Kinsella, HPS Chief Commercial Officer.
With a broad inventory of transformers and power solutions, the warehouse offers same-day shipping options including Air, Ground (LTL, FTL), and expedited shipping. This setup enables customers to pick up orders directly, further reducing delivery times and shipping costs.
This expansion reflects HPS’s commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient service across North America. Hammond Power Solutions operates globally, with manufacturing plants in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and India, and products distributed worldwide.
