Croatian electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar Elektroindustrija has successfully delivered 27 power and 15 voltage eco-conscious instrument transformers to Litgrid, the Lithuanian electricity transmission system operator. These transformers belong to Koncar’s Green line series, which are insulated with biodegradable liquid, ensuring a reduced environmental impact.

The transformers will be installed in the Zokniyu, Dirvupia, and Klaipedos substations. The Dirvupia and Klaipedos substations are crucial for supplying the VMG Technics R&D Centre in Klaipeda district, a significant investment by the local VMG Group, focused on industrial innovation and technological advancement.
