LAE srl, a prominent manufacturer of machinery for electrical transformers, has announced the transfer of 100% of its share capital to a new shareholder group formed by the company’s five top managers. This group includes Damiano Costa (CEO), Roberto Ballarini (Product Manager CORE line), Paolo Delfico (Product Manager WIND line), Giovanni Seganti (Sales Director), and Lorena Tarlazzi (CFO).
Eng. Costa spearheaded the acquisition, emphasizing the goal of maintaining the company's independence and continuing its growth trajectory established since his appointment in 2019. The company’s Board has also been restructured to align with the new ownership, now comprising Costa (President), Delfico (Vice President), and Ballarini (Board member).
“The decision to acquire LAE reflects our trust in both the company’s potential and its ability to grow in a rapidly evolving sector,” states Eng. Costa. He further adds, “With this change of ownership, LAE srl strengthens its ties with the territory and with the values that have always distinguished it."
