PMA Supply has successfully completed and delivered the final unit of a series of three 45 MVA transformers to a client in West Texas.
This delivery is part of a project designed to meet the increasing energy demands in the region, with the first transformer produced in nine months and subsequent units delivered every two months. The manufacturing process for these transformers included extensive testing and technical reviews to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
PMA Supply, a procurement and supply chain solutions company that specializes in sourcing and delivering industrial equipment for energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors, highlighted the significance of this project in addressing the region's energy needs.
"This achievement reflects our dedication to providing clients with seamless access to electrical materials and large-scale equipment. By addressing the rising energy demands and offering timely replacements for weather-related challenges, we continue to support the region's energy infrastructure needs," the company said in a statement.
The transformers are intended to provide reliable replacements for infrastructure affected by weather-related issues, contributing to the stability and expansion of West Texas' power grid.
