RESA Power, a leader in power systems services and life extension solutions, has announced the acquisition of Power Asset Recovery Corporation (PARC). Based in North Canton, Ohio, PARC has specialized in substation power transformers and high-voltage transformer parts since 1996.
This acquisition strengthens RESA Power's position in the transformer services market, broadening the range of products and solutions available to customers. PARC supplies transformers ranging from 5MVA to over 100MVA, alongside essential parts like insulated bushings (up to 500kV), pumps, and LTC switches.
