Blum, a 30-year veteran at Schneider Electric, brings extensive experience across various leadership roles, including Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer. He most recently led the Energy Management division, Schneider’s largest business unit, and has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2014. Known for his people-centric leadership and a passion for technology and innovation, Blum is expected to drive the company forward as it navigates evolving market demands and technological advancements.
