
Siemens Energy has selected the new chairwoman of the Audit Committee, one of the most important parts of the Supervisory Board.
Laurence Mulliez is the new Chairwoman of the Audit Committee at Siemens Energy. Mulliez takes over the position from Prof. Dr. Ralf Thomas, who already announced last year to step down as Chair after a transitional period.

The Audit Committee is one of the most important committees of the Supervisory Board. Its tasks include monitoring the accounting process, the internal control system, and the audit of the financial statements. At Siemens Energy, the Audit Committee has eight members, who continue to include Ralf Thomas.
Laurence Mulliez is an internationally respected financial expert who has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Energy since September 2020. She has a degree in economics and finance from ESC Rouen, France, and has many years of leadership experience in the industry. Since 2019, she is Chairwoman of the Board of Globeleq Limited in London, United Kingdom. She is also Chairwoman of the Board of Voltalia SA in France.
