Sunbelt Solomon Services, a leader in electrical power solutions, has acquired Struthers Technical Solutions Ltd., an electrical engineering consulting firm based in Penticton, British Columbia. This strategic acquisition strengthens Sunbelt Solomon’s position in the electrical power distribution market and expands its field services into Western Canada.

Founded in 2011, Struthers Tech specializes in high- and medium-voltage (HV/MV) transmission, industrial automation, and power generation. The company serves industries such as mining, utilities, and renewables. Struthers Tech’s president, Chris Struthers, will remain at the helm, reporting to Kelly Butz, President of Field Services at Sunbelt Solomon.
