Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has announced new orders worth $41.8 million from key domestic entities, including Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited, KEC International Limited, Avaada Electro Private Limited, Adani Energy Solution Limited, Torrent Power Limited, and Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited.
These orders pertain to the manufacturing and supply of Extra High Voltage (EHV) power transformers, with delivery scheduled for the next financial year. The contracts reflect TARIL’s strong reputation for quality in the power sector. The company clarified that these are standard business orders and not related party transactions.
TARIL also showcased stellar financial performance in Q3 FY25, with revenue from operations increasing by 51% year-on-year to $64.7 million Profit after tax (PAT) soared 252% YoY to $6.4 million, while EBITDA grew 134% YoY to $10.8 million, with a margin of 16.5%. The PAT margin stood at 9.8%, underscoring TARIL’s operational efficiency and profitability.
