Virginia Transformer Corp. has delivered a new power distribution transformer to Texas-New Mexico Power (TNMP), enhancing infrastructure reliability in the region. The recently shipped unit—a 30/50 MVA, 138/12.47 kV transformer—is engineered with an estimated 60-year service life, reflecting a long-term investment in energy resilience.
TNMP, headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, serves over 270,000 residential and commercial customers across the state. The newly installed transformer is expected to support growing demand and ensure stable energy distribution in the area.
