SPAIN – Westrafo has been selected by a German EPC to provide two power transformers for a plant in Spain.

The manufacturer will supply two power transformers with a nominal power of 23 and 15 MVA for a photovoltaic plant in Spain.

The commissioning of the transformers was successfully completed, the manufacturer said in a press release.

Owing to recent investments, the manufacturer has increased the production capacity of 40 MVA power transformers in the 170 KV voltage class.
