Yash Highvoltage Ltd., a manufacturer specializing in high-voltage and high-current transformer bushings, was successfully listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) SME Segment on December 19, 2024. The IPO was subscribed 169.17 times and the shares of the company were listed at a premium of 90% over the issue price in the initial public offer.

The company produces a wide range of bushings, including Oil Impregnated Paper (OIP), Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP), Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS), and Oil-to-Oil bushings, with an annual production capacity of 7,000 units.
