DENMARK - According to Ørsted, the information provided in this announcement does not change Ørsted's previous financial guidance for the financial year of 2022 or the announced expected investment level for 2022.

Ørsted has announced that further to their news issued on 28 March 2022 where they announced a partnership with AXA IM Alts and Crédit Agricole Assurances on Hornsea 2 Offshore Wind Farm, they have completed the divestment of 50% of Hornsea 2 Offshore Wind Farm to a consortium comprising AXA IM Alts, acting on behalf of clients, and Crédit Agricole Assurances.
