Maximilian, who has been serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2014, brings a wealth of experience in executive-level roles and strategic leadership. He will succeed Franziska Tschudi Sauber, who has held the position of Group Chief Executive and board member since 2001 and will continue as Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
