Revolve Expands U.S. Pipeline with 125 MW Solar Development Portfolio Acquisition

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. announced it has signed definitive agreements to acquire a 125 MW U.S. utility-scale solar development portfolio spanning three projects located in Illinois, New Mexico, and Wisconsin.

The portfolio includes the Henry project (30 MW in Illinois), the Columbus project (56 MW in New Mexico), and the Endeavor project (39 MW in Wisconsin). The assets are at the development stage and include secured site control through ground leases and option agreements.

The acquisition will be completed through Revolve Renewable Power Corp.’s wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary. The company stated that no upfront or milestone payments are required unless individual projects reach construction. Instead, consideration includes a development fee of $0.02 per watt at notice to proceed and a 10% deferred payment tied to realized or fair market value.

According to Myke Clark, CEO of Revolve Renewable Power Corp., “This acquisition is a significant step in building Revolve’s US solar development platform and reflects exactly the kind of disciplined, opportunistic acquisitions we look for as we grow Revolve’s pipeline with quality projects.”

The company said the projects will be advanced through permitting, interconnection, and financing milestones using existing resources and strategic financing facilities. Once completed, the deal is expected to expand Revolve’s U.S. development pipeline, which includes solar, wind, and battery storage projects across multiple states.

The transaction is expected to close in June 2026, subject to standard conditions.
