
RESA Power, LLC, a leader in power systems electrical testing, transformer services, and life extension solutions for power distribution equipment, has acquired PCA Valence Engineering Technologies Ltd. (“PCA Valence”), enhancing its capabilities in Western Canada. Based in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, PCA Valence has been providing comprehensive electrical testing services since 1995.
The acquisition significantly boosts RESA Power's technician count in Western Canada to over 130, enabling the company to better meet customer demands. Kevin Noonan, President of RESA Power’s Canadian business, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, welcoming Ken Gibbs, David, Mitch, and the entire PCA Valence team.
